My journey began with a love for jewelry and a fascination with ancient Greek "porpes" – those beautiful clasps that adorned clothing and symbolized status and style.

But it was more than aesthetics; it was a desire for creative expression, a yearning to escape the corporate world, and a pull towards my Greek heritage that truly sparked the creation of Porpe Artifacts. Even in my corporate days, I sought out handcrafted jewelry, drawn to its unique artistry in a world of mass production. And as I navigated the demands of my career, I found solace and a reawakening of my own creative spirit in the world of art.

Life happened, and ten years ago, I found myself moving from Greece to Seattle. It was in this new environment, with a fresh perspective, that I decided to take the leap and finally pursue my passion.

"The artist within each of us finds expression in countless ways, from the jewelry we adorn ourselves with to the meals we create and the spaces we curate.

It's a celebration of creativity, a reflection of our unique spirit, and a testament to the beauty we bring to the world."

- Vicky

I poured years of jewelry design experience into building this studio where artistry and individuality intertwine, creating the kind of jewelry I love to wear — jewelry that makes a statement, sparks conversation, and feels uniquely you.

It wasn't easy. It took time to perfect the techniques, blending organic forms with metal, and finding just the right balance of modern and minimal. From this passion and dedication, Porpe Artifacts was born.

Each piece is handcrafted with ethically sourced, recycled sterling silver, imbued with intention, and ready to connect with its wearer. Quality and ethical sourcing are paramount. To ensure each piece is made with care and integrity, all materials are 100% USA-sourced.

My hope is that when you wear a Porpe Artifact, you feel beautiful, modern, and distinctly you. May it serve as a reminder of your own creative spirit and the unique story you have to tell.

I am thrilled to have you here!
