Do you have a warranty?

Yes, we’ve got your back.

This means that for 2 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your jewelry if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs.

I am confident in the quality of my designs hence the 2-year coverage.

This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

Important

  1. A photo will be of great help when you submit your request.

  2. If your warranty submission is approved, you will receive a replacement of the same item or, if unavailable, a store credit equivalent to the purchase price. Refunds will not be issued for warranty claims.

  3. In order for us to continue improving, we require any defective piece to be sent back to us for inspection and quality auditing - shipping costs will be covered by Porpe Artifacts.

  4. Items purchased through a third-party vendor are covered, too.

  5. Products worked on by outside jewelers voids any potential for replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.
