Choosing the perfect piece is an art, and sometimes we need a moment to see if it truly resonates. Here's how we can dance through the return process together:
Return for Full Refund: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your unworn jewelry in its original packaging for a full refund.
Holiday Gift Returns: We make gift-giving easy! Enjoy an extended return window of 30 days for holiday gifts. You can choose an exchange or receive store credit.
Return Shipping: We'll include a prepaid return label in your package, so sending it back is a breeze!
How to Return Your Piece
Keeping it Pristine: To ensure your refund or exchange, please make sure the jewelry is unworn and in the same beautiful condition you received it in.
Its Special Box: Each piece comes in a lovely box designed to keep it safe. Please return your jewelry in its original packaging.
Secure & Tracked: You'll find a prepaid return shipping label in your package. Simply attach it to the box (removing any old labels), seal it up, and drop it off at your nearest carrier. We'll track its journey back to the studio!
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund promptly. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Returns for Damaged Jewelry
I pour my heart and soul into crafting each piece, so it truly saddens me if your Porpe treasure arrives in less than perfect condition.
Reach Out Quickly: Please let me know within 10 days of receiving your jewelry if something isn't quite right. Time is of the essence, and I want to make things right as quickly as possible.
Picture Perfect: A photo helps me understand what happened. If you could snap a quick picture of the damage and include it in your email, that would be a huge help!

Packaging: When returning a damaged piece, please use the original packaging to ensure it's protected during its journey back to the studio.
